Shipping fees and delivery times
Cordien Bijoux ships exclusively from Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Please consider one business day from purchasing time (not including weekends or holidays) for process your order. Processing time is required for review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
All products are subjected to availability, while we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time, where we run out of stock in an item. If there is an atypical delay on the processing time of your order, or if your order will be cancelled due to every type of problem, you will be contacted and get notice about that.
Cordien Bijoux ships all over the world via DHL / UPS. Cordien Bijoux cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are out of Cordien Bijoux control.
Please mind that you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. For further information on custom duties in your country, please contact your local custom office.
Please mind that in some cases, prices could be already DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This will be displayed next to the item price.

Refused/Returned to Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to Cordien Bijoux by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. Please mind that the original shipping cost / custom duties are not refundable.
Please note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
As soon as your parcel is ready, you’re going to receive our shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your order.
Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Care.
Lost or Damaged
Customer are kindly invited to carefully inspect the parcel before signing and confirming the completed delivery of the same.
Cordien Bijoux carefully seals parcels with our customized stickers.
In case the customer receives a parcel that has been opened by customs or by the courier for authorized inspections, the parcel will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body.
If the parcel appears damaged, or the sticker not intact, customer is kindly invited to sign the delivery with the note “received unchecked”, or to refuse the delivery of the parcel. In case the box will not result untouched, customer is kindly invited to open a claim with the local DHL / UPS office and promptly contact Cordien Bijoux at email@example.com.
If the parcel presents any kind of alteration, and the customer signs the delivery without the note “received unchecked”, delivery will be considered automatically accepted and consequently Cordien Bijoux will not accept any related claim.
If the tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it yet, please consider the following options:
- Is it possible that someone's received the package for you? (neighbors/roomate/member of your family/doorman)
- Do you recognize the sign stated on the online tracking service of the courier?
- Have you checked your mailbox/secondary door?
If you are not still able to find your shipment, please contact our Customer Care that will help you to open a claim with the carrier.
